The client testified in 10 of these cases. 71). The attorney-client reports were in complete accord in connection with several infrequently occurring decisions: the probability of raising an insanity plea was discussed in only one case but was not raised; the possibility of waiving a preliminary hearing was discussed in two cases, and the hearing was not waived; and the possibility of appealing a conviction was discussed in only one case, and a decision was made to appeal.
